Villiers Group was listed on the main London Stock Exchange on 17/11/1994, it changed its name to Ultrasis plc in February 2000 and subsequently moved to a listing on the AIM market on 23/05/2005.
Ultrasis is registered in Northern Ireland and main country of operation is the UK.
